How To Use:

• Place the head in the freezer for 2 hours (or as little as 15 minutes)

Recommendations:

• For best results, replace the roller head after 30+ uses
• If the head is too cold and intense for your skin, you can place it in the refrigerator instead of the freezer

How To Clean:

• Before placing the head in the freezer, clean it using any cotton or microfiber fabric and 70% alcohol
• After using the roller, clean the head with cold water (avoid using hot or warm water as it can cause damage)
